Ship to Studio
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; ensure you retain your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
